Acceptable Use Policy

1.Products you may not sell

Illegal goods or services in the country you sell to; weapons, ammunition and explosives; recreational or prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia; counterfeit or stolen goods; products that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright; adult content; gambling; and anything that promotes violence or hatred.

2.Activities that are not allowed

Misleading shoppers, including fake reviews, fake discounts or failing to deliver what you sell.

Phishing, impersonating another business or person, or collecting personal data without consent.

Sending spam from or about your store.

Attacking, overloading, scraping or trying to break the security of Subkart or other stores, or using Subkart to host malware.

Using Subkart to launder money or evade sanctions.

3.What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, pause a store or close an account that breaks this policy. Where the risk allows, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the authorities.

4.Reporting a store

If you believe a store on Subkart breaks this policy, please report it to us with the store’s address and what you found. We review every report.
