Terms of Service
The agreement between Subkart and the businesses that use it to run their online stores.
Last updated 7 October 2026
1.Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every business (“you”, the “merchant”) that creates an account on Subkart (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that you can enter into a contract on behalf of your business, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Your shoppers buy from you, not from us. You are the seller of record for everything sold in your store and are responsible for your own terms of sale, returns and customer service.
2.Your account
You must verify your email address before using Subkart. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you invite.
3.Free trial and subscription
New stores start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed to start a trial.
After the trial, Subkart is a monthly subscription priced in US dollars and paid in the cryptocurrencies we list at checkout. Each month is a separate invoice; we never debit your wallet automatically.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, your store stays online for a 7-day grace period. After that we may pause your store until the invoice is paid. Pausing never deletes your data.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4.Payments from your shoppers
You connect your own payment providers and receive shopper payments directly. We do not process, hold or take a commission on that money. Your relationship with each payment provider is governed by that provider’s terms.
5.Your content
You own the products, images, text and other content you add to your store. You give us a licence to host, copy and display that content only as needed to run and promote your store.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that your store complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and the law in the places you sell.
6.Our service
We work hard to keep Subkart fast and available, but the service is provided “as is”. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
7.Ending the agreement
You can stop using Subkart at any time by not renewing your subscription. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts other merchants, shoppers or the platform at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Subkart after that means you accept the updated terms.
