Refund Policy

1.Try before you pay

Every new store gets a 14-day free trial with no payment, so you can decide whether Subkart is right for you before paying anything.

2.Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions are paid one month at a time and are generally non-refundable once a month has started. If you do not want to continue, simply do not pay your next invoice; there is nothing to cancel.

3.When we do refund

If you paid twice for the same invoice, overpaid, or were charged because of an error on our side, we will refund the difference.

If Subkart was unavailable for a significant part of a month you paid for, contact us and we will credit or refund that time fairly.

4.How crypto refunds are paid

Refunds are calculated in US dollars and sent in the same stablecoin or cryptocurrency you paid with, to a wallet address you confirm. Network fees for the refund are covered by us. Because blockchain payments cannot be reversed, please double-check the address you give us.

Underpayments that are not completed before the invoice expires are refunded or credited to your next invoice, whichever you prefer.

5.Your shoppers’ refunds

Refunds for purchases in your store are between you and your shopper, under your own store policy and your payment provider’s rules. Subkart does not hold shopper payments.
