Billing questions
Do I need to pay to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature of the plan you pick. You only pay when you decide to keep going.
Why crypto only?
Crypto lets us bill businesses in any country the same way, without card fees or payment-gateway restrictions. We recommend USDT or USDC: they are pegged to the dollar, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Do my customers have to pay in crypto?
Not at all. Crypto is only how you pay Subkart. Your shoppers pay you however you choose — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery or crypto — through your own payment accounts, straight to you.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly price. Payments from your shoppers go directly to your own payment provider; we never touch that money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away — you pay only the difference for the days left in the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your store stays live for a 7-day grace period while we remind you. After that it is paused — not deleted — and comes back the moment you pay.
